Jersey to Sark
Sark
Location Details
Sark is 3.5 miles by 1.5 miles in size, which allows for visitors to discover most of the coastal paths and bays, within a day. There are plenty of pretty picnic spots around the island, or if you prefer, a wide choice of excellent cafes and restaurants serving the local seafood specialities. If you simply want to stop for afternoon tea, many of the locals serve cream teas in their back gardens to day-trippers during the summer months.
Although Sark is a small island, it has its’ own independent administrative and legal system, for a community of approximately 600 residents, who run the small village shops and local businesses all year round.
